Notice: 
  • ※As per the publication schedule, authors of full-length papers/extended papers are required to complete the registration before March 25th, 2023.
  • Multiple submissions of the same author will be accepted; however, one registration is limited to one submission. Registration for each additional submission is 350USD/2000RMB.
  • Please note that each accepted paper/abstract (with registration paid) can only be presented once in one form (oral or poster), or in both forms (oral and poster). 
  • Registration fee covers the cost of the conference venue, conference program book and proceedings, conference meeting/poster rooms renting, coffee/tea breaks, conference banquet, and lunches during the conference.
  • The registration fee DOES NOT cover the traveling fee, hotel fee and paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.

Notice:
  • If you select Wire Transfer/EFT(Electronic Fund Transfer) method, please include necessary notes and explanations for your transfer, and upload a proof of your transfer.
  • Payments sent by bank transfer must be free of transfer charges for ICCES. Please be aware that wire transfer has charges at both ends (sender and recipient). Try to use free bank transfer/EFT method.
  • Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances.

Attendee Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or requests for refunds on and before April 1st 11:59 PM Pacific time are available and are subject to a handling fee charged by the payment service provider, we refund what we receive at this time period. Refunds will be issued back to whatever payment method that the payer initially used to make the payment. 
  • From April 2nd, 2023 to April 15th, 2023, cancellations or requests for refunds are still acceptable with a non-refundable 65USD/400RMB charge for banquet booking and are subject to a handling fee charged by the payment service provider. 
  • Registrations cannot be canceled or refunded after April 15th, 2023. According to ICCES/hotel policy, all meal events (including reception, lunches, and banquet) require preregistration and payment. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of official cancelation with written notice and proper documentations (email is acceptable).
